Valentine's Proposal provides a digital platform that allows users to create, customize, and share digital proposal pages containing text, images, and other media ("Service").

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain ownership of the photos, text, and other content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). Certain features of the Service are paid. You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchase.
Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the product, we generally do not offer refunds once a proposal has been published or premium features have been accessed. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact support for assistance or resolution.
We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend or modify the Service for maintenance or other reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valentine's Proposal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we do so, we will post the modified Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
